Our fabrication facility is equipped with a versatile fleet of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) press brakes, enabling us to deliver highly accurate and repeatable bent metal components. At the core of our capacity is a powerful 5-Axis CNC Press Brake with a substantial 250 Ton of force and an impressive working length of 3100 mm. This high-capacity machine is engineered to handle large-format and heavy-gauge materials. Specifically, it can bend both Mild Steel (MS) and Stainless Steel (SS) up to 12 mm thick over a length of 2500 mm, and up to 8 mm thick when utilizing its full 3000 mm working length. The 5-axis control provides superior precision for positioning and ram movement, allowing us to manage complex geometries and maintain tight tolerances across significant material thickness and length.
For high-precision, faster processing, and complex component work, we utilize a WILASERVOCNC Press Brake with a capacity of 70 Ton over a 1600 mm working length. This machine features an advanced Wila Controller complete with 3D Simulation capabilities. This feature is critical for reducing setup time, preventing collisions, and ensuring the bend sequence is optimized virtually before any material is cut or processed, which translates directly to higher quality and lower scrap rates. The machine operates on a 2+2 Axis configuration ($Y1, Y2, X, R$) and includes two motorized fingers. The independent $Y1$ and $Y2$ axes ensure exceptional angle accuracy, while the motorized fingers and $X/R$ backgauge movement provide the speed and flexibility necessary for quick changeovers and precise positioning of small or irregularly shaped parts.
